On 16–17 July 2026, ALD Engineering & Construction organised Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC ASM) training for its employees in Zaporizhzhia. The training was conducted in two groups at the Tactical Medicine Training Centre of the KoLeSo NGO.
ALD Engineering & Construction systematically develops its safety culture by integrating occupational health and industrial safety requirements with personnel preparedness for wartime emergencies. Employee safety remains one of the Company's highest priorities, particularly as project implementation in frontline regions requires not only a high level of professional competence but also the ability to respond effectively to emergency situations.
ALD Engineering & Construction delivers large-scale construction projects in Zaporizhzhia and other regions of Ukraine, where wartime risks remain part of everyday reality. Under these conditions, training employees in modern pre-hospital emergency care standards has become one of the Company's key safety priorities. Continuous air raid alerts, missile strikes and drone attacks require employees not only to maintain professional excellence but also to react quickly and appropriately in critical situations. Developing these practical skills is an integral part of the Company's comprehensive safety management approach.

The training programme was delivered in accordance with the international TCCC ASM standard and combined both theoretical and practical instruction. Participants practised modern pre-hospital trauma care techniques, including the control of life-threatening bleeding, tourniquet application, wound packing, airway management, casualty evacuation and other essential emergency response skills. Upon successful completion of the course, all participants received certificates.
