ALD Engineering and Construction LLC is looking for a qualified Technical Department Engineer to join its team. We are a modern construction company that has been operating in the market for several years and implements various projects in the fields of construction and engineering.

Functional responsibilities:

• registration of incoming and outgoing correspondence, communication with contractors;
• checking, printing and compiling design and estimate documentation, cooperation with the design department on document issuance;
• cooperation with expert review authorities to eliminate comments on design and estimate documentation;
• compiling the archive of design and estimate documentation;
• execution of tasks assigned by the manager;
• coordination of work with other departments and customers;
• ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards;
• control and maintenance of project documentation;
• preparation of technical reports and presentations.

Requirements:

• higher technical education in construction, architecture or engineering;
• deep knowledge of construction norms, rules and standards;
• knowledge of regulatory documentation in the field of design and construction;
• ability to work with drawings, including checking formats, printing and folding;
• confident user of office software: MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Project, etc.;
• knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage;
