At Zaporizhstal PJSC, specialists from ALD ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION LLC completed the installation of a blast-furnace gas bypass duct in the CHPP between columns No. 1-2. The length of the flue was 52.4 meters, and the weight was 41 tons, the installation height of the structure was 33 meters. The installation was carried out by a TADANO crane with a lifting capacity of 400 tons,

The installation was carried out on operating facilities in the CHPP, so it was important to carry out all the work promptly and efficiently so as not to interfere with the production process. The work was carried out by professionals of our company, the length of the installed gas flue at the facility was more than 50 meters. The installation work was completed in one day.

As part of the continuation of the project “Construction of a connecting gas pipeline between the blast-furnace gas collector Du3000 in the area of ​​BF-3 and the ring gas pipeline behind the CHPP. July-August 2022 ALD Company completed the installation of a gas duct section with a diameter of 2600 mm from the tie-in into the existing gas duct to column No. K-0. With a total weight of 33 tons. and metal structures of platforms and supporting elements with a total weight of 130 tons. Installation was carried out by cranes with a lifting capacity of 75 tons. and 100tn.
