Our company "ALD Engineering and Construction" celebrates its birthday today. In fact, we have been registered in 2019 but we began to perform an intense activity in the construction sector in July last year.

We are a young company, but this year we have had many serious projects, both environmental and socially significant. In particular, this is the modernization of the aspiration units of PJSC "Zaporozhstal", the reconstruction of the gas cleaning systems of the Pellet Production Workshop of the SevGOK, the construction of an oxygen station in the Zaporozhye Regional Infectious Diseases Hospital, participation in projects such as Zaporizhzhya bridges and others.

It is worth admitting that this year we had our own shortcomings - this gave us experience and an accurate understanding of how to become better in the future. Our company began its vigorous activity just during the coronavirus pandemic. It was a difficult, turning point, both for the world economy and for the country, and our company was making its first steps. However, despite all the nuances, we held out. Moreover, we were able to implement the objects entrusted to us at a high level, first of all, thanks to our team - people working for one goal, who are not afraid to accept challenges.

Today ALD Engineering and Construction employs professionals in their field, and it is our team that has a holiday today. Each department and each employee who stands behind it made their contribution to the development of the company, to the achievement of a common goal.

Separately, we would like to notice the leaders of our projects who have been with us from the first days, thanks to their selfless work, large projects.

Of course, there is no one or more people or service behind the result. The ALD Company worked as a single mechanism, thanks to important "cogs" - all departments, assets, where responsible and hardworking employees work.

Our production workers are the strong hands of the company, who, in fact, erected facilities, realizing ideas of customers. Their hard work cannot be overestimated; it deserves respect.

It is very important to note that our company not only carries out the construction of objects of various levels of complexity, but also is engaged in design, performs turnkey work. Thanks to this our asset, the customer can receive a full range of services, from design using BIM modelling to the commissioning of the facility.

The specialists of the construction production technology department were responsible for the implementation of important tasks in preparation for the construction of the facility, they prepared the "foundation" and thanks to them, not a single detail was left unattended.

Also, without the efficient work of the supply department, we could not use quickly delivered quality certified building materials for work. And in turn, without the departments of transport logistics and logistics of goods and materials, these materials would not have been on the site in a timely manner. Qualitative performance of this work allowed our enterprise to work as a single mechanism.

When performing construction work, we know better than anyone else does how important it is to use quality raw materials. Therefore, our company operates a mortar-concrete unit where the concrete mix is ​​produced. We practice the development of new types of concrete, which are produced in the shortest possible time for individual construction projects. Our products are of high quality and have all the necessary certificates.

There is nothing more important than safety in the performance of work, and for this, «ALD» also monitors compliance with all labor protection norms and rules. For employees, briefings are conducted and our people not only know, but also strictly follow the safety rules at work.

We definitely note the highly qualified work of our estimate department; the department employees performed the calculation and verification of the cost of construction, installation and commissioning. The planning service, for its part, controlled that during the implementation of projects, our company «lived» within the budget. The contracting and legal departments were responsible for contracts with customers and subcontractors. In just a year, there were about 1,296 contracts! In addition, the specialists of the departments checked all legal issues and were responsible for the transparency of cooperation with contractors, providing a reliable rear for the company.

To simplify the work, our own software products were developed, thanks to which all our departments and services are interconnected and can communicate, quickly solving the assigned tasks.

And, of course, we cannot fail to mention our security service, it is they who safeguards the most important the property of our company - its employees.

However, we were able to create this team thanks to our HR-service, which finds us professionals and helps to train and develop the team.

And even though our company is young, but we know ourselves worth, we are constantly developing and ahead of us we have grand plans for the implementation of projects throughout Ukraine and not only. Further - more. Moreover, we are sure that we will succeed; we are a company of professionals who are able to implement the most complex and daring projects.
