A builder is a special profession that requires a lot of different knowledge, skills and craftsmanship. It is only at the first glance, this is not a creative profession. In fact, it requires tremendous endurance and creativity.

People are the main value of ALD Engineering and Construction. Each employee of the company is a professional in his field. On the eve of the holiday, we decided to ask employees’ opinion on what it means to be a builder for them:
