Today students of the construction college are doing an internship at "ALD Engineering and Construction".
In the Zaporozhye Region the level of the employed population (aged 15-70) has decreased by 1% and today it is 55% - 682 thousand people. This is due to an increase of the unemployment rate in the region from 9% in 2020 to 12% in 2021. Young specialists cannot find work either. People need work in their specialty, so it is so important to provide them with the opportunity to realize and show that it is quite possible to get a job in a company with decent wages and full company benefits in Zaporozhye.
Experienced employees are appreciated in "ALD Engineering and Construction", but we are also open to cooperation with aspiring professionals who show enthusiasm, willingness to learn and hard work. Today students of the construction college undergo practical training at "ALD Engineering and Construction", they note that for them it is an opportunity to put theoretical knowledge into practice and gain valuable experience.
The most important thing is that the theoretical knowledge gained in the educational institution, the trainees have the opportunity to apply in real production conditions. They consolidate the theoretical basis in practice, and this is much more effective than just lectures.
Today, seven trainees perform a variety of production tasks. Among them, there is such a multi-stage process as the manufacture of reinforced frames for piles, which will later be used during the construction of objects.
In fact, at the place of their practice, the guys work like real builders, they can demonstrate their skills and get real work experience. At the same time, experienced employees of our company are constantly next to them, ready to share their experience and help.

Igor Taranovskiy:
- Our practice will last two months, and then we will have Undergraduate practice. Now is the time for us to implement our theoretical knowledge. I study in the specialty "Construction and operation of civil structures", so it is very important for me to have practical experience in real production and gain valuable experience.
This kind of work is definitely better than sit through classes, because this is where the real work and on-site learning takes place. We can learn from experienced professionals. In addition, here we receive salary, which is an additional stimulatory effect.
Alexey Balashov:
- I'm interested here, because our specialty is related to the construction of civil buildings, and here you can learn a lot about the construction of industrial buildings. This is an important new experience that will help me to realize myself in new directions, for example, if I will go to study further as a head foreman. Here we can try ourselves by volunteering to do real work. I want to show my best side and get more practical assignments in order to gain experience. This will always come in handy.
Anton Kiyakh:
-My impressions of the practice are excellent. Here we were given overalls, they treat us as full-fledged members of the team, and we receive a salary. Until we are heavily loaded, everything is shown and told. It is important for me to get to know more information here, to learn something in order to move forward and develop in the profession.
